I am set up as Autonomo here in Castelldefels and I want to change to SL. I know about the 3010 euros needed in the bank. My current accountant is quoting 1300 euros to set up the company, 200 euros a month for accounting plus 38 euros for the first named director and 8 euros for the second per month, plus 2 submissions per year of 85 euros. I am now thinking of trying to set up the company myself. Questions 1) Does anyone know a good, cost effective notary 2) Does anyone know of a good, cost effective accountant (better than whats quoted above) We are a small manufacturing company making tanks for boats, vehicles and houses for water, waste and fuel and have been in business here for 2.5 years Much appreciate any input.
