We are located on C/ Balmes with Ronda Universitat between Plaza Catalunya and Plaza Universitat.

Our offices are on the first floor (primera planta) of a building with an elevator. Our offices have a conference room, two bathrooms, a small storage area, and a half kitchen.

The rent is €500 euros per month + IVA with one-month security deposit. The rent covers exclusive use of the room, shared use of our conference room and kitchen, utilities (water, electricity, trash service), and a weekly cleaning service. (Phone and Internet access not included in the rent.)
