Candidate Profile; Lead Consultant – General Insurance You are a recognised authority on all aspects of the General Insurance business including claims, underwriting and policy administration in the personal, commercial and partnerships lines of business. In addition to this, you also have an excellent understanding of the IT systems environment supporting the General Insurance business. You have an enviable track-record of winning business and developing relationships with the major institutions across Europe and have successfully delivered major change initiatives in these leading institutions. You are experienced at communicating with and managing CxO level stakeholders. Role & Responsibilities: Advising on strategy and operations within clients Developing service opportunities within client business Managing client engagements including oversight of business transformation activities Overseeing large-scale & strategic projects Functioning as key member of account management team Leveraging Wipro strategic partnerships Practice development – ongoing shaping and developing Life and Pensions service offerings Essential Requirements: • Relevant domain and practitioner experience: • General Insurance experience: 9+ years • Consulting experience: 15+ years • Employment at a tier-1 or tier-2 consulting organization • General Insurance business knowledge • General Insurance IT environment systems knowledge • Large scale project rollout experience • Fluent Spanish and English language skills Desirable skills: • General Insurance operational management experience • Life and Pensions business knowledge • Global Delivery Model implementation experience • Experience of large-scale outsourcing & off-shoring • Organisational Change Management and Business Process Improvement knowledge You should have a good degree from a acknowledged institution and MBA graduates will be strongly preferred.
