Our client is a Nasdaq quoted e-commerce solutions provider with annual revenues in excess of 500m $. They are looking to recruit a database marketing manager. The role: You will serve as a single point of contact to enable effective and efficient Lead Generation activities by providing campaign related data in needed quality and quantity from an execution/operational level. You will work together with marketing team to enhance existing data by researching 3rd parties for new lists and data augmentation. • Provide data quality services and guide countries to keep marketing data consistent and complete maximize effectiveness of suspect lists • Manage ongoing processes for ensuring data quality • Acquiring or augmenting current suspect database to improve targeted marketing efforts • Audit data and rental list usage compliance • Vendor Management: Ensure that standard contract policies and terms are followed (e.g. any outsourcing costs are passed through, only pay for usable records, determine when ownership transfer from list provider to company owned) • Data counts for campaign planning, list pulls, contact flow, response management • Assist with rent/purchase decisions and 3rd party contract negotiations The role requires the following skills: Technical Expertise • Strong Database Management Experience • Excel, Access, SQL or others • Good data analytics knowledge (data mining) like SPSS, SAS • Data Mapping, Queries • Marketing and Campaign Understanding • Skilled in Project Management • Good Communication skills • Experience in working in a highly matrixed organisation • Strong analytical thinking capabilities Education and Experience: An undergraduate degree with commensurate experience in marketing positions.
