Our client is recognized as an international leader in Sales and Marketing Professional Services with a focus on integrating sales and marketing to gain the best return for their major multinational clients. They deliver results for their clients based on a disciplined approach to designing, constructing, and managing sales and marketing solutions. Their solutions utilize traditional brand marketing and field sales channels with further on-line, call centre, and database marketing resources. We are currently assisting them to source a Campaign Execution Manager to work within one of their major clients – one of the World’s top 5 software companies. The role: • Manage campaign preparation and execution ensuring that all activities are integrated and consistent. • Validate campaign readiness for execution • Works with cross functional team (including internal Discipline Specialists and outside vendors) to ensure quality execution of campaign components. • Manage outsourced execution functions. • Manage execution activities to calendar and budget. • Manage campaign budgets to prevent overspend. • Work with Content Manager to help ensure timely delivery of assets needed to execute campaign timetable. • Utilizing data and analysis from analytics team reviews campaign effectiveness and provides feedback to Campaign Manager on areas for refinement and change. • Reports results on a weekly basis by activity, channel and campaign. Qualifications: • 5-7 years related marketing or communications experience • Experience in multi-touch, multi-tactic campaigns • Strong project management experience including managing to budget and timeline • Experience in working in EMEA is necessary and within the SME market is a strong asset. • Experience with business to business marketing is desirable • Experience in high tech industry is desirable • Experience in interactive marketing and deep understanding of volume marketing and high-touch low cost inbound demand generation. Education and Experience: An undergraduate degree in Marketing, General Business, Liberal Arts or Communications with commensurate experience in marketing positions. Project Management Certication or courses would be an asset. Other Information: • You must have a very high level of written and spoken English; some Spanish would be an advantage as would any additional European languages. • The position will require a significant amount of travel. • CV`s and any covering letters must be presented in English. • All candidates must be legally entitled to work within the European Community at time of application. • This position is a contract position with an initial contract length of 3 months with a plan to extend a further 9 months based on performance.
