THE ROLE The BA will be responsible for analyzing the business needs of internal as well as external clients, help to identify business problems and propose solutions for Transcom’s fast-growing Credit Management and CRM business unit. In this environment, the BA typically performs a liaison function between the business side and the information technology department or the external service providers during the development lifecycle. The BA will also be responsible of: • Creating documentation and maintain supporting materials, • Performing gap analyses and business impact analyses for the implementation of new or modified system, • Performing process mapping and optimization analysis, • Providing cost/time estimates and constructing business cases, • Creating/modifying user training materials and conducting classes for supported systems, • Providing assistance to the marketing and sales teams, • Improving business processes, • Tracing the requirements during implementation phase, • Testing. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS • Hold a university degree or equivalent qualification, an advanced degree is preferred, • Have a proven and strong technical background, • Experience in the CRM business or related technology business is not mandatory but is a plus.
