Vision33 is a small company, currently employing about 20 people, involved principally in the management of tourist apartments in Barcelona for 3rd party property owners. We manage 60 apartments in Barcelona and make bookings for another 250+ properties in Barcelona, Catalunya and Rome. This is a very small company, so the role is not as grandiose as it may sound. We work with outside "gestores" who do the bulk of the inputting and produce the returns and company accounts for us. However, there is still a lot of day-to-day cash control required and monthly budget and cash flow reporting to be produced. There is no requirement to speak English and in fact knowledge of the Spanish financial system is more important than being a UK qualified accountant for example. However the role will be working directly for me (MD) and requires someone with intelligence and strong financial understanding. Excel and Access knowledge are a must, and Spanish is also necessary - this is our official company language.
