I’m a Life and Executive Coach trained at the EEC (Escuela Europea de Coaching) in Barcelona, Spain, where I completed the ICF (International Coaching Federation) Certification Program. This multi-level program consists of solid Coaching training and combines studies of the Ontological School with pragmatic Business Coaching practices from the USA. My long international management experience has given me a very flexible and “no-nonsense” attitude, and an open mindedness and ability to adapt to different company cultures, ways of doing business and approaching life. And as an added advantage, literally and figuratively speaking, I can speak and understand several languages. As a trained Coach I believe in people and in the enormous potential we all carry inside ourselves. We have absolutely no boundaries nor limits to grow and develop both professionally and personally. Coaching has given me the necessary tools to be able to assist people in their voyage towards their goals and ideals. A trip they normally wouldn't dare to undertake by themselves and during which they need a companion who helps push them forward. Someone who gives them the necessary strength and confidence to take large steps in the right direction and to live the life they only dreamt about until recently.
