PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH BY YOGA AND AUTOGENIC TRAINING Trained to be and formed by my experience as a school teacher I have followed different studies and training programs on the subject of yoga autogenic training hypnotherapy and esotery at several institutes. Through gained knowledge and experience my interest in the human being its alleged restriction and hidden talent kept on growing and it still does.In my belief we can grow continuously to a completer and more crystallized person throughout our lives. Over more than 20 years with much satisfaction I have been teaching all kinds of people at for instance Peoples University and Academies of Art.I also train small groups and do private sessions on request.
